I am specifically trained in neurodivergent coaching, the sessions are built and adapted around you. This isn't one size fits all!

ABOUT ME
THE JOURNEY THAT BROUGHT ME HERE
Hi, I’m Donna, a neurodivergent and mindset coach offering compassionate, neurodivergent-affirming life coaching for adults.
I became a specialised coach after realising, through my own personal journey of self-discovery, how empowering and rewarding this work truly is.
After a lifetime of feeling like I didn’t quite fit in, navigating challenges with mental health, unhealthy coping mechanisms, and a persistent sense of not feeling good enough, I reached my mid-thirties and began what continues to be a messy yet beautiful journey of self-discovery.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with OCD, which became a turning point in my personal journey. From there, I began to peel back the layers, work through challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and understand myself for the first time. Since then, I have also been diagnosed with ADHD. Suddenly, everything made sense, and the validation was immense. This experience led me to pursue a career in supporting others to better understand their minds, nervous systems, and unique ways of experiencing the world.
My work is grounded in science-backed coaching methods, drawing on neuroscience and psychology practices, while also incorporating holistic approaches. This balance allows me to offer a safe, nurturing, and progressive space for meaningful change.
Understanding myself and experiencing what is possible inspired me to retrain and build a career in neurodivergent-affirming life coaching.
